ProbesetEvaluator.pipeline_summary_statistics(result_files, probeset_ids)

Adaptation of the function summary_statistics for the spapros-pipeline.

Takes the input files directly to calculate the summary statistics.

Parameters:

• result_files (List) – Probeset evaluation result file paths

• probeset_ids (List[str]) – IDs of the current probesets.

None
